Mimi Stuart | Artist of Energy
Mimi Stuart’s signature style “Energy of Subject” – EOS – has gained the recognition of art connoisseurs and curators.
EOS art unleashes intense colors and masterful lines illuminating the essence of her subjects. Precious metals of 24k gold, silver and copper leaf add luster to her bold kinetic-expressionist canvases.
The Smithsonian Institution acquired Mimi’s EOS painting “Walking on Diamonds” for its permanent collection in Washington, DC, singling it out for their High Art Exhibition.
Morgan Freeman, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, John Travolta, Ernie Els, Dave Mason, Jonny Moseley, Alberto Tomba, Mariano Rivera, Kevin Sorbo, Buzz Aldrin and Gene Cernan are among the luminaries who collect her work.
EOS paintings feature prominently in a dozen national museums, in international galleries, film, television shows, books, concerts, celebrity performances, world sporting events, Times Square and the exclusive wine label art for R&B Cellars.
Educated at Art Center College of Design with a BA from UC Berkeley, Mimi grew up in California, Spain and Germany, lived much of her life in NY, and currently resides in Sun Valley, Idaho.
